By downloading, installing, or using the Evermore application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

We may offer a free trial period for our subscription services. When we offer a free trial, we will explain the terms of the trial when you sign up. Once the free trial ends, we will automatically begin charging your payment method for your subscription, unless you cancel before the end of the free trial period.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our subscription service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes will take effect following notice to you.
Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the subscription service through the end of your current billing period.
Our App allows you to input and store personal information and responses. You retain all rights to the content you create, input, or store within the App. By using the App, you grant us the right to collect and analyze data and information related to your use of the App to improve, maintain, and provide the App's services.
You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of submitting and publishing your content on the App. You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish content you submit.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Evermore and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The App is designed to facilitate communication between partners through personalized questions. The App is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling or therapy. The questions and content provided by the App are for entertainment and personal growth purposes only.
We do not guarantee that using the App will improve your relationship, and we are not responsible for any consequences that may arise from its use.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
